- 350 gr of flour
- 3 yolks

- 70 gr of butter
- icing sugar
Mix the flour with a touch of baking powder and vanillin, then add the yolks.
Mix the cold melted butter and a bit of grappa.
Work the dough until it becomes smooth and flat.
With a pastry wheel, cut the dough into rectangles and slit in the middle with two parallel lines.
Add Chiacchiere into the hot oil (175°), turn them, drain them and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
